Unskilled employees at Eskom

The residents at 89 Glen Terrace Road Kadville heights Umzinto as not had power for 7 days now how useless are the workers at Eskom that they say they cannot find a fault are they not competent or just employed to earn a salary and do nothing u cannot be so unskilled or maybe u guys are just lazy it's disgusting that Eskom is such a big company but cannot provide the services to the community.
