Unscheduled power outage

Good day,

I would like to take the time to complain about an unscheduled power outage. I checked the website for any planned load shedding but to my surprise there isn't any scheduled. We tried contacting the customer services line however there is high call volumes. We are currently sitting without any electricity and we have a new born baby in the house. I'm failing to understand how certain houses in the road is affected and others isn't. I would really like this to be resolved immediately.

I sent the above email to the customer services email address. What shocked me was the automated response received advising that the email is not functioning until the March 2018. What's the point of having an email address on the website if we are not able to use it. I really hope my issue gets resolved as soon as possible and the I am contacted by one of the service consultant on ********** 554
