Unsatisfying service

I went to Lebokgomo Eskom to report ****** cable With a case number so that they can install a bew one. I was told to Deposit R1100 to A Absa account number ***.

I don't understand if I really need to pay such amount for the service whereas because the pole is just at my corner.
