Unsatisfied service

My house is the only without electricity, I logged a complaint yesterday late afternoon and I was given a reference number when I checked today on the app it said I must contact a contact center,I have been on the line waiting for an agent for more than 10 minutes. What's the use of an app if one cannot get help? So disappointed.
