Unsatisfactory service by Eskom, Cape Town

I would to complain about the power outage we have had since Monday and still do not have it despite reporting the matter with no assistance.

The first reference number i got when i followed it up, then they said it has been resolved even though i the person who logged the call or reported a matter have no electricity until today.
