Unresolved query

I’ve been without electricity for last two weeks. Logged query with Eskom Mpumalanga, after two weeks they just close the query saying it has been resolved which is a lie. Had to log a new query, and sound like they don’t care when logging query. Asked for pole number and no such number on their orange box. So ****ed, knewing very well that no one cares at Eskom.
