Unreliable Eskom

Hallo Peter

As a concerned person we had a switch off on 12/06/2018 at about 8.30pm and the following morning the 13th I phone to report the problem I was given the Ref No 243 128 506. The next morning I Phone for feedback or follow up I was told that the Ref No is closed becuase the power is restored, and nothing was done. And they gave me another Ref No 243 203 764.Same thing was said to me again. Today I phone for follow up again the previous Ref No was also closed and I was given another one 243 356 721. By the look of things every time when I phone I will be given a new Number.

I will like HalloPeter to intervene and help me with this matter becuase I will be given numbers I dont know until when, and this is Winter my Grandchildren never had decend food to eat or warm water to wash before they go to School or Crech

Again this is a very Unreliable Company Please help is been too long going around the circle
