Unprecedented power cuts

Good day my name Sifiso Matela. I live in Randfontein Mohlakeng Moteane str. Eskom has been switching off the power for no reason, because on their website and media platforms there is no load shedding or load reduction scheduled against our area, but we have been experiencing power cuts without any notification or explanation as to why are they doing this to us. Mind you on the same location, there are parts where they are never experiencing these power cuts. Our authorities ward councilors are without knowledge as to why is electricity being switched off. We honor our rates by making sure that we pay them every month but at end of the day we are being mistreated. Please help us resolve this problem or to get clarity on the matter regards
