Unplanned Power outage

Hi,

Meter number : ‪***‬ We have logged this several times before, everytime after we had loadshedding, our power goes on for 5 minutes then off again, we then have to contact you guys to get technicians to come out and switch power back on. Please send someone to have this fixed!

This cannot happen every time. I am working from home and this is causing massive issues in my working relationship!

If you don't care about your customers atleast don't play with their jobs!

We are without electricity for 3 days now!
