Uninstalled electricity

I built a house in 2009 at Shawbury location in Mhlontlo sub district at Qumbu town. Since then no was electricity installed in my house. I spoke to our ex councellors regarding markers that were put as my house was amongst those that were going to receive electricity even though they were built years after me, but l had no luck. I then spoke to our currrent counsellor who escalated the matter to the municipality manager who then came came to check and it was after l even reported to the Zuma tollfree after numerous applications to Eskom and again nothing changed. I then decided to re apply to Eskom January 2020 and l kept the reference as they wanted it when l told them that l have applying but up until today l do not have electricity apart from having a house with burglar bars.
