Unhappy with Service

I am writing this review to express the frustration I have against Eskom.I reported a faulty keypad at Eskom in June 2023 for the house in Wallacedene Kraaifontein. Since June 2023 the keypad is still not replaced.I called many times everytime I call the case is closed and no help is received. I went to offices in Bellville,Cape Town no assistance until today.They keep on saying they do not have keypad.I know people that reported theirs last week and as we speak theirs has been changed.I cant understand why they say there is no stock.I dont know what to do anymore, it is really exhausting.
