Unhappy with Eskom service

Unhappy and frustrated customer, paid for new transformer about a year ago. They haven't come to install and I ve been told that my job is to be allocated to the contractor several times. Their customer service refer me to their supervisor(Zoleka Sisilane) whom she is not responding or help with this matter. I ve tried to call her several times, no luck. Send her emails but still no response. Please advise me what to do next
