Unhappy with Eskom

Every month my eskom account is about R1800, when my tendants moved out i sent the readings to Eskom and report the meters is been tampered with, there are nobody on the property but this month i received an R11227 account. I battle for a week but the people that word for Eskom sent me a mail request me to resend the readings, they keep sending me the same statement, the readings on the statement is not even the readings that I send to them. Is there any Afrikaans speaking person by Eskom that can help me with this problem?
