Unhappy Customer

Eskom Mahikeng is the worst: I have been struggling with electricity for 3 weeks now. I logged a call and they closed it saying it was "power failure" without even coming to check the situation. When I call again they opened a new call and should nothing happen in 7 and a half hours I should call back...when I did that follow up I was told I will receive a call...even now I am still waiting for that call. Everyone in my street has electricity. And this issue started when they installed the new boxes. My fridge is full of rotten food. I am going to work with wringgled clothes and the worst part of it is that I am a loyal customer. Your customer service is very very poor
