Unhappy and frustrated customer

I have been struggling with Eskom for the past 4 months with no electricity and I have been contacting them and they always say they gonna send someone to check. I've been to their Office in Bellville Center but no assists. I the below references numbers; Ref *** and ***1 and *** and *** at their offices they also gave me the reference number: w\o ***.
