Unfulfilled promises, lies and other deceptions GEAT ESKOM

I have had an issue of electricity power outages that are not planned for the past three years. This happens every year at the same time in the year. Officials who had dealt with my complain form the beginning have now decided not to give feedback let alone respond to the issue at hand and even restore electricity since the day it was reported. I have been out of electricity since Monday 22nd April 2019 till date. With technicians closing work orders saying that they have restored the electricity and with no effect to that ever happened till today. I had in 2017 written to Nersa to assist with the matter as my complaint then had fallen onto deaf ears. A representative had been assigned to assist. In 2018 the problem again persisted with this power cuts and I had been reassured that the issue had been dealt with again (via correspondence and letter signed and dated by the GENERAL MANAGER: GAUTENG OPERATING UNIT). This had been the same letter as received in 2017 which has stated that should I receive or undergo the same issue they would deal with the matter attentively. This has proven to also fall on deaf ears once again. Have been emailing the relevant personals with cc'ing the representative from Nersa who hasnt rep**** to my emails. I have then gone through the process of again lodging a complain with Nersa (dated 24th April 2019) asking that they look into this matter yet again. I have lost all hope of this issue being resolved and as a matter I have actually had enough of this continuous situation as well. I have had to throw out a whole months food from my refrigerator this morning as a result of this incompetency.

I cannot be suffering for the ******* connections in which people have whom I share a line with, frankly Eskom should indeed live to their promise as the letter states that they will evaluate and assure me of our continued service in resolving customer queries.

I extremely disheartened and appalled by the way people whom are to respond to the matter seem to not care or better yet atleast give feedback on this matter.
