Unfulfilled Promises From Eskom

I reported a box with circuit breakers on a pole which supplies power to four houses burnt out on the 14 August 2021 and the following week a technician, Maradona with his supervisor, Eric came by to inspect the damage. Eric promised us that he'd install a new box but ever since we are still waiting. I called the call center daily and still nothing happens, my reference is *** and I wonder why it is taking this long for Eric to assist us or just to inform us when can he do that. When I call Maradona, he keeps saying Eric would send the contract.

This treatment is unfair and unacceptable because now my neighbors wants to connect *******ly and when this happens the transformer would be affected. I tried Alfred but he didn't help, I downloaded the app and even send my query to 35328 to no avail.
