UNFAIRLY TREATMENT AT ESKOM OFFICES

I would like to lay a complaint with regards to how our elderly people are treated at Zola Eskom offices next to Shoprite (Soweto). My mother is a pensioner of 77 years of age, she went to report that her electricity has been cut off only to find out that she was told by lady called Zama Khumalo that she need to pay sum of R60 000 cash in order to be connected again. and you tell me that a pensioner of that age where is she gonna get that amount even a working person cannot be able to do so unless arrangement is done. The reason is that my late step father was the one paying hence the house and everything was in his name and he was once told that they should not pay due to that he was no longer working as he was pensioner as well since 1998 or so . Lady Zama did not want to assist my mother to make arrangements towards that debt repayment and be connected and was very rude kind of.
