Unfairly treated by Eskom

We reported the transformer that was burnt on Monday evening 22/07/2024 until today we are still in the dark, the groceries get off in the fridges. Yesterday I relog the problem again and my reference is *** there is no solution yet. We buy electricity why are we treated like this? This is pathetic now. If this was in the white resident area it would have taken few hours to be resolved but it's in the black community area, we have to suffer.
