Unfair treatment from eskom

My name is Euphemia Kubheka I am a South African citizen from South of Johannesburg in Palm Springs Section K. I have a problem with eskom as a customer, eskom installed new transformer for us hence our transformer was dead for one year an half without electricity. Two months ago New transformer was installed for us we started to buy units but on Sunday on 30 _05_2021 the transformer went off again on Tuesday eskom technicians came to fix it but the problem is they left few houses without electricity only 4 houses in our street including mine I really don't understand. At least if it was a load shading for all of us but some they have its only 4 of us but we all buy electricity. So I really find it unfair for me hence I am paying bond and buying electricity. I am really struggling hence I am working from home becouse of this pandemic
