Unfair treatment.

<p>My electric dispenser(meter box) was hit by lightning in my house early this month(November).So my wife went to report it at local Eskom office at Kwagga plaza.And it was loaded with R50.00 units.,Eskom employees came and check what was the fault only to find that the electric dispenser on the display keypad was blank not showing any numbers to show that it was loaded as i have claimed.they removed the meter box the one hit by lightning and replaced it by a new one. So i said to the service agent of Eskom what about the loaded units R50.00 which were in the old meter box how am i going to claim them, they said there is nothing they can do cause their guys did not declare on their report that they have found the meter box with units on it. so i have lost R50.00 units just like that to Eskom .pls assist us.</p>
