unfair rates

account no: ********** 768 my parent is a pensioner and my aunt also . Why are we paying different kwh rates which approximately 4kwh yet people across the road pays like 1kwh. We are not commercial farmers we are subsistent. We are also from disadvantaged background. my dad pays almost 1500 for lights and he only gets 1500 pension. I would advise eskom to do sum research and lower the land rate. south africa belongs to all who live in it.
