Unfair customer service practices

There is a power pole that is in the middle of my stand ( installed when I was at work ) now I have reported it to be removed . I have been going up and down ,making calls and I am not getting assistance . I started reporting it on July with these some of References Ref *** Ref *** Ref *** The pole in question is disturbing the builders to do the roofing on my newly build house .
