Unattended replaced meter by Eskom electrician

Our meter was faulty we had to call Eskom well they did sent an electrician new meter was installed however he did not transfer our previous units to the new replaced meter he said we should go to any Shoprite or Power fashion store we have done that with no lucky.. Again we are unable to buy electricity online because it seems like the meter is not registered as yet. Kindly intervene on what to do hence I have tried to reaches their offices with no lucky. It been a year with this struggle
