Two days for eskom to sort out outage

Power out from 11pm 24/01/2021 and calls were logged the next morning , but still nobody has come out to sort out the fault.The ETA was first 4 hours and then went to 7 hours and now when you call the call center they say it will only be done tomorrow morning.What pathetic service .
