On the 23 of March 2016 I bought electricity from BP garage and the lady who assisted me (Constance) gave me a \reprint\" token of the electricity I bought in January 2016. When I got home to redeem the electricity I had bought the numbers refused to load. <br> <br> After trying to load the token for a couple of days, however unsuccessful, I then called Eskom on the 28 of March 2016 and I received terrible, horrible, annoying, misleading and unsatisfactory service from Jeffrey (time of the call was 08:59 am, 28 March 2016, Sesotho/ Tswana / Pedi consultant).
