Transformer supply

on the 15 February we experienced power outage we reported the matter to our council Slindo ward 83 Tsakane 1550 to order or report that our transformer is faulty including Supervisor Maseta from Nigel who handles our case but nothing has been done to be honest we are being promised transparent lies, she has been not taking our calls nor attending to our issues we do not have electricity in this cold weather because our service provider ESKOM failed us. Can somebody please attend to our issue ASAP we need a transformer
