Transformer problem

Good morning I would like to write how bad eskom is treating us, as we log a call about not having electricity because of transformer they don't come and fix instead they say they have fixed the problem at that time they didn't even come and it was better if they fix and switch off for those who don't buy electricity how can some of us suffer while we buy electricity
