Transformer

Hi my mother is an old lady of 71 years old and staying in 3804 Ivory park ext 6 Midrand without electricity from 03 June till today. Apparently their transformer has blown out but now its difficult to fix it. The community in that are sufferibg and they leave in the dark and winter was cold. Can Eskom go and.fix that transformer
