Transformer

We (approximately 80 houses) have been without electricity since April, our transformer is faulty and needs to be replaced, we have made several calls and still to date we can't even get a turnaround time, we have been patient understanding that the transformer has to be ordered but this is long over due, can we please have some assistance, it's close to 4 months without electricity please HELP!
