Transfer of ownership

Our experience has been terrible. We bought a farm (working farm ) with staff +families living on farm. We have been struggling with eskom for almost 12 months to do transfer from previous owners name to our name. Paid deposit done everything they requested, but still no luck or feedback. Today they cut our staff homes electricity, after we keep on requesting the transfer to be done, and the account to be sent for payment I tried calling emailing no response.
