Transfer of account not happening #MIMO***

1 star is far too good. I have been trying to get the account transferred from my late wife to my name. I am met by lies from the supposed GMW of Western cape. I have comp**** with all the irrelevant forms they want and been promised continually it will be done but it's not. The account is up to date, they refuse to help. #MIMO***. Call centre is useless, complaints - useless. Supposed director - useless. Why - 4 months - why???????
