Totally unacceptable

Eskom I have been buying electricity via internet banking and it seems the units decreases every month can you please tell me what your problem is! Coz I can not buy R550 token and R800 token then the R800 one gets the same units as the R550 one and make it work it’s even lesser! How?! This is unacceptable! Fix this!
