Three yrs without electricity

We are so disappointed with Eskom we are running 3 years without electricity after it was declared blown up ,we understand we were not buying electricity but we have approached Eskom to replace that transformer and put new metre boxes so that we buy electricity and that we have learnt from our mistakes ,it seems our plea falls to deaf ears, What worries us is that all orange farm community they don't buy electricity and those who commit themselves to buy electricity they are can't get help so the question is what do Eskom want ?
