Threat to life and well being due to low hanging wires in over 10 months

On 4 November 2022 I called eskom informing them that an electrical pole had fallen after heavy rains resulting in low hanging wires. Technicians were dispatched and they informed us that they did not have poles and would return to come and fix it. To date the pole is still bended and wires are low hanging posing a threat to to life and well being. We have tried to follow up with eskom without any success.
