This is bad poor service delivery

I am currently in dark place for the past 5 days which I have been reporting this issue with them but no show and was told couple of times as they gonna come and check the problem.what makes this issue irritating is only three houses are affected whereas the rest of the area has lights so must I keep wasting fuel while being made a fool?
