Hi,I have been without electricity for 3 days and I reported but know one attended the call,I have 4 refference numbers an none of them was attended but I keep on getting sms saying its resolved by staff field and it was not,last night I saw a guy with Eskom car next to my place and I approach him to assist as I have logged the call but he told me his none of his bussines,he was at her girlfriend place at that time and he told me **** in front of her girlfriend or he wanted to impress her girlfriend,he even told me I can go an report him he doesn't care,his name its Tumi,reg number BV 38 CW GP around 20H00,<br> Its only about 15 house without electricity,the whole section of Orange Farm Extension 3 has electricity,but its difficult for staff members to attend the call<br> <br> How can you close a call without attending it?all they know its to ask community to pop out money for them to do there work,This thing need to be addressed by seniour management,<br> <br> My ref's numbers :***,***,*** and latest one ***,its costed me R90 to make those call as you need to hold for agent to assist you
