They are not getting back to me being sent from pillar to post

<p>i logged a request for my metre error for the past 4 months technicians have been lying saying that they are coming and they do not , no one calls me and no one gets back to me and no one comes to fix my metre ... when i call in the previous comments are they did the work and they did not , i spoke to verona who assured me that this will be sorted , she is from bloemfontein and she didnt fix it.... no one shows up and i do not have exlectricity .... is this what we get for buying tokens ???? I need urgent help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
