They are charging me an huge amount R112,000 after they have been sending notifications that I am in credit of R7000

They are charging me an huge amount R112,000 after they have been sending notifications that I am in credit of R7000.in a span of 4months they claim that is the amount I owe and have just disconnected us.This amount is clearly incorrect,but Ms Boyd at Eskom wants the full amount. Can anyone on this platform maybe assist
