These people are unreliable

5 days without power and they claim to habe escalated whichbis not helping. I reported power on Sunday. Monday when I follow up they said it was reaolved simply because those drunkards drove past my home and turned back, I had to relog. Till today all m told is that my case has been escalated, *** does that so. Who is gonna pay for those lost items, my airtime I been spending more than an hour in a que to speak to useless consultants.
