There was a load shedding on 17May 2021 in krugersdorp Chief Mogale When electricity came back my mothers Rdp house electricity didn't come back in her whole neighborhood. On 18 May we phoned Eskom they gave us a reference number 42 *** and said they will attend to us in 14 working days 14 days passed with no sign of Eskom technicians On 21 June 2021 we phoned again using the same ref number they allocated us another ref number *** and said they will attend within 7hrs but nothing happened On 22 June 2021 we phoned again they gave us another ref *** but till today no assistance from Eskom For house number 1306 Chief Mogale Kagiso Please help my mother as she buys electricity honesrtly
