The worst service by EISHKOM (Eskom)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Its been 3 years now having the same problem, every winter we report the problem but Eishkom and its technicians do not want to work, our electricity goes off because they put a cable in our circuit breaker for our neighbors whom we don't share electricity with, when we report the matter they either send technicians who do not have adequate tools (a ladder to work with) or they never pitch up and they close the job cards saying the job is complete, when we call to complain the call center says the job is closed they will escalate the matter but nothing happens we have visited their offices as well, we are sittting in the dark once what must happen for Eskom to help us?</p>
