The worst by far

It's been 8 days without power. Numerous amounts of calls, follow ups and reference numbers and also driving to eskom in both belville and kuilsriver and all they do is shove you from pillar to post. This is insane, I've got 3 small kids two being girls at that who hadn't had a bath in 8 days, I have no food left to put in for school as everything has gone off already. I've got an elderly mother inlaw and disabled sister living with me. Eskom is quick to push up rates for people who can't even afford it but when they need to fix something they're nowhere to be found!!! I feel like screaming. I work from home and with no power supply I've lost out on more than a week of work. No work no pay so o would like to know where I can submit a claim to be reimbursed for my lost salary which I cannot afford!!!!!!!!
