The light that shines

On 19th March 2015 I purchased a prepaid electricty coupon in Mabooane and found out that it doesn't work due to unclear reasons. With a six months baby in the house I became frustrated and started looking for a solution. Someone advised me to cal ESKOM customer care line which I did with no confidence that I would be helped.<br> <br> Badirileng Mabelane was the agent that HELPED me. Very polite, patient and quite understanding. Badirileng took me from a state of desperation to a state of satisfaction and happiness. She was efficient and very suppirtive it felt like I was actually talking to someone who personally knows me.<br> <br> I commend Badirileng for a great service. I further request ESKOM to ensure that Badirile is given a pad on the back and perhaps rewarded for such.<br> <br> Badirile you are a light that shines at ESKOM thanks a billion may God bless you and I hope you progress in your work
