The Eskom number not working

I have being contacting Eskom in their number *** email customerservices@ eskom.co.za and also this 35328 about the pole number 06B05 which supply this meter number *** ED with electricity. During April we had a car which knocked this pole then affecting the cables coming to the house to hang in balance. If there can be a strong wind I am quite sho we will not be having electricity. I called and left messages and tried to talk with the Eskom people and they said I must call. My number is ***
