@Eskom it is really heartbreaking to have my pensioner mother go up and down, from Villages to Thohoyandou, Thohoyandou to your offices in Polokwane just to get the services she has paid for. Her meter box was apparently downgraded to 30amp from 60amp without her approval. We have logged countless calls via self service and the AI bot and we keep getting responses that tickets have been closed, nobody contacted us, nobody visited us. Please assist on this long outstanding urgent issue
