terrible , unhuman customer service from eskom

I went to eskom offices last year to report about new meter box number that should be installed for the old one is no longer working, they sent some electrician and confirmed that new meter number box has to be installed and informed me that am on the waiting lists for new meters boxes , even now am still waiting.
