Terrible service from Eskom

Totally disgusted by Eskom Stanger branch, Reported a fault on the 5th of September they came on the 7th and close the incident during load sheding and when it was over it was still not working, they don't take walk in queries you must call and speak to a useless robot and even on their website same thing that you have already answered till you get frustrated and cant report the fault.
