Terrible service by Eskom Burgsersfort

I have built a house in my father's stand, the stand is big and i use a portion of that stand, Eskom has put a pole inside the stand when they supp**** our neighbour with electricity, i called Eskom and asked them to come and move the pole as it is on my way. This is Eskom In Limpopo, Steelpoort, i spoke to a lady called Xichavo Chauke, she went and saw the pole, to my surprise i was given an invoice of R261 134.20 by her for the cost to move the pole that was put by them inside the stand. I told her i am not accepting the the invoice and i will not pay the invoice, they must come and move their pole in the stand.
