Terrible service and poor response

An eskom service consultant went to my neighbors house and switched our electrical cables. Now we can’t use appliances in the house, we can only switch on our lights if we switch any appliance on in the house electricity goes off... We have to go to out neighbors house to use our meter box, our electricity was working fine until he switched our cables claiming that they were switched before...

We have reported the matter and we’ve been waiting for 3 days to get the matter to be resolved...
